Hello, I had recently moved from Surrey to Abbotsford, but my belongings were still in Surrey at a storage facility. I needed a place where I could work on my electric mobility scooter, for if you own one, you know they have a nasty habit of breaking down. The don't build them to last like a car. The Cabincar I purchased was manufactured in China, sold in the UK. There are no dealers or repair shops in the US or Canada for this kind of mobility scooter. I have done mechanical work all my life and now that comes in handy, as I am now the guy to fix the mobility scooter. The storage places closest to me do not allow any work other than just storage. The only place that I found is Extra Storage Now, and I made it clear before leasing, that that was my intention. Tara's team assured me that this was not a problem and I put my name on the waiting list as there were no 10'X20' drive-up available at this time. A week later Tara contacted me and informed me there was a 10'X20' unit opening up around mid Oct. I immediately told her that I wanted it and put down a deposit, which Tara send me an Email link, as I was unable to make it in person - you guessed it: the mobility scooter was broken down. Tara said she would hold the unit for me till Nov 01. As it turned out, I was able to move on Oct21, and arrived in the afternoon. After the required paperwork and signing the lease, I inquired about the 6'X16' pods that I saw on the property and was told that they leased for under $200.00 a month. After looking at one, it appealed so much to me that I leased one of those as well, for the sole purpose to use it as a work shop, as there would not be much room to work in the 10'X 20' after all my belongings were stowed. What I also liked of the pod that it had doors on both ends, on hot days that would allow a breeze to flow through. I cannot tell you enough of the helpfulness of Tara and her Team for it is almost unheard/unbelievable to get that sort of service nowadays, after Covid19 spread all that havoc. They even let me use the restroom. If you want storage service catered to your needs, this is the place to come to. This is not a here-today-gone-tomorrow operation. You can't go wrong, and definitely won't be sorry. Gerard.

Been looking for a storage unit for the past couple months as I am going to be moving to the Island. The staff at Extra Storage Now is beyond incredible! They were able to get me into a storage unit at a great price! 3 months at 1/2 off is a steal! Most places give you a month at most! Thank you Ashley for all you’re amazing help!
