  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    We require 2 weeks notice. You are responsible for rent until you’ve told us you’ve moved out.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require 2 types of ID (example: driver’s license, Provincial ID, or passport), one must include a photo.

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis with billing due on the first day of your billing cycle. Also, the move in and move out months are pro-rated.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can pay in person, make a payment through our website or over the phone. You may also sign up to have payments automatically charged to a credit card of your choosing.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Money order, VISA, and MasterCard.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Yes we do, a large variety of supplies to fit all needs.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates or in to the building where my unit is located?

    No. At the time of rental you will be given your own personal security pass code that will allow you access to your unit.

  • What are the hours of operation?

  • How do I rent a unit or contact outside normal office hours?

    You can make a reservation directly from our website, or use our self serve kiosk. You can also call our office and leave your name and number, we will get back to you first thing in the morning.

  • What exactly is Mobile Storage?

    In short, it’s when we bring the storage unit to you! We call it a Space Station. Instead of packing your belongings and renting a truck, we deliver a storage unit to you that you can then fill at your convenience. Once everything is safely tucked away in the unit, we’ll drive it back to one of our secure storage facilities – and when you’re ready to unload the storage unit, we’ll bring it back to you. If you want to keep the Space Station at your home, we can do that too! There are many reasons that people choose mobile over traditional self-storage. Many of our clients lead busy lives and appreciate our no-rush policy of being able to keep their storage unit for several days or weeks while they gradually load it up. Others do not feel comfortable renting and driving a moving truck, so mobile storage is a safer solution for them. Some use this option as an alternative to hiring a professional mover since we are able to bring the unit to your old house and return it to the new one. Whatever your reason, we think you’ll agree that this is one of the easiest storage solutions anywhere in the Fraser Valley.
